Six common cake baking mistakes with right solution

It is a great idea to serve a homemade cake on a birthday. You can easily find a perfect recipe online to bake it. Cake baking is a profession and it is not easy to bake a perfect cake. If you are interested in baking and familiar with its baking process to some extent, then you may do it yourself. Don’t use cold ingredients: Using cold ingredient during baking a cake is the biggest mistake that most the people generally make. The cold ingredients result in creating lumps and other problems with the texture of the batter. You must keep all the ingredients at room temperature before use. You must place eggs, butter, and milk out of the fridge for one and half hours before you start baking a cake. Select a wrong baking temperature: You have to ensure that you bake the batter at the perfect temperature mentioned in your recipe for the cake otherwise, it will end up with a hard or lumpy treat. Keep the temperature precise during the baking process. You must have to preheat your oven just before placing a pan with the batter in it. Any variation in temperature, will affect its taste, color, and softness too. Softness Cake Over Baking: You must avoid over baking the cake. Do not leave the oven while the cake is baking inside it. Some people start doing other things and forget the cake that overbaked sometimes. Follow the time duration suggestion in the recipe otherwise you’ll get a dry cake without sufficient moisture in it. It would be hard to cut and eat. This blunder ruins the taste of the cake. Forget using a parchment paper: Parchment paper is your best baking companion. It is resistant to moisture and grease. Sure to line the bottom of your cake pan with it. It will allow your cake to easily release from the pan with any breakage. It also helps to hold the moisture in the cake.   Mistake in baking cake Added icing to a warm cake: After baking, you must keep the cake at a room temperature for one to two hours. Before applying frosting on it, you must keep it in a fridge. Never apply frosting on the cake when it is warm otherwise, the icing would not get its shape that you provide it. It would melt down and distort the appearance of the dessert. Leaving it without customization: The customized cakes are in trends. They have potential to say whatever you want, through edible images. You may take advantage of the custom edible images printing service. You can get an image of your child or a family member be printed by them. You may attach the image to the cake to decorate it. If you receive the image on a frosting sheet then, you have to remove the backside nonedible film from it or it is printed on a wafer paper then, you can directly adhere on top of the cake with hard icing on it. The printed image on a wafer paper never comes with a nonedible film.  If you already have an edible printer and frosting sheets available at your home then, you may do the printing yourself.
