Versatile Applications: Our Prime Blank Wafer Sheets are ideal for a variety of confections:
Fondant: For attaching wafer paper to fondant, use corn syrup or piping gel on the back of the wafer paper or directly on the fondant. Ensure the fondant surface is clean and dry for the best adhesion.
Cookies: Apply the wafer paper to cookies covered in chocolate, royal icing, fondant, or candy clay. Use a thin layer of piping gel or corn syrup on the back of the wafer paper before pressing it onto the cookie. Gently press and secure the edges.
Cakes: Place the wafer sheet on top of the cake, smoothing from the center outwards to eliminate bubbles and ensure a smooth seal. You may add a decorative piped border if desired.
Buttercream: For buttercream cupcakes, press the wafer paper topper directly onto the icing. If the buttercream has crusted and isn’t sticky, reapply with fresh buttercream before placing the topper.

- Placement: Using clean, dry hands, place the wafer sheet on the treat, starting from the center and smoothing outwards to avoid air bubbles.
Setting: Allow the wafer sheet to set for 20-30 minutes for optimal adhesion.
