Here is a very special cake for @boxedbitesdallas I made past weekend. Paige started her charcuterie company in Dallas and I made sure that her very own box of charcuterie, cheese and honey selection was waiting for her on her birthday. Boxed Bites boxes are accompanied by a cute hand written message, honey stirrer and a spring of lavender. I opted for a more cake appropriate sugar bouquet and an edible print cutout that gives an illusion of a see-through window.
Inside was a lemon-vanilla sponge with vanilla cream cheese frosting and mixed berries to replicate New York cheesecake flavor the birthday girl loves!
