So 8 days ago I made a cake for the richest female singer in the world RIHANNA @badgalriri. It was a closed family and friends gathering, celebrating her success becoming an official billionaire ($1.7 billion, @forbes) and a launch of a new @fentybeauty Eau De Parfume, which was sold out the same day. It was ordered by Pergola restaurant and @tanima_ .I was thrilled to make this happen and came up with this original design.
Whole cake, celebrating all her achievements, was shaped like @fentybeauty lipstick, with 2 hexagons, and round cake and a golden crown from her last album Anti. Bottom tier features 6 first studio Platinum album covers in edible print, with 2 more attached to the top tier as vinyl records. On the cake board I placed isomalt sugar diamonds and an airbrushed bottle of Eau De Parfume made from gumpaste. Middle tier represents Fenty Beauty, and looks like a rose gold lip gloss with a Fenty logo in the middle. Top tier which was chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache, continues the artwork of @roynachum from Anti album (2016).
Cake is topped with a golden crown from modeling chocolate from Anti cover, with a poem by @iamchloemitchell "If they let us" written in Braille:

"I sometimes fear that I am misunderstood.
It is simply because what I want to say,
what I need to say, won't be heard.
Heard in a way I so rightfully deserve."

It is a powerful poem that reminds us how hard it is to be misunderstood, but still be able to stand out while doing what is right for you.

Cake was standing 3 foot tall and was done in my 2 bedroom apartment in South Brooklyn.
